Boom House

structure, PCBH
About
The Pea Cove Boom House already appears on Walling's 1859 map in the form of three buildings: the Boom House Office, the New Boom House, and the Old Boom House. The compound might have consisted of these three structures for most of its existence. It stood until October 1928, when it burned to the ground (see Penobscot Times, April 14, 2005, p.17).
