Topper for the wedding cake served at the wedding of Wifred A. Deshane (Duchene) and Hilda M. Graham, both of Old Town, on May 4, 1940. The Bangor Daily News of 1940/03/06, p.13 refers to “a beautifully decorated bride's cake” that was cut by the bride and has a photo of the bride and groom flanked by best man Henri Deshane and maid of honor Valencia LaBree.
